De kans dat uw auto gestolen wordt is weer wat kleiner geworden, want het aantal ontvreemde bolides is weer gedaald in de eerste maanden van 2017, zegt de Stichting Aanpak Voertuigcriminaliteit. Het aantal gestolen auto’s was in 2016 al historisch laag. Dankzij een daling van 9 procent werden voor het eerst in jaren minder dan tienduizend auto’s ontvreemd in één jaar tijd. Waar in 2015 de teller nog op 10.091 gestolen auto’s stond, daar kon de Stichting Aanpak Voertuigcriminaliteit vorig jaar 9.179 gestolen auto’s aantekenen.

Traceerbaar

De reden voor de afname is dat steeds meer auto’s zijn voorzien van goede antidiefstalsytemen. Ook zijn auto’s makkelijker traceerbaar geworden en is er een nieuwe verwerking van aangiften gestart. Voortaan worden gestolen auto’s binnen twee uur na de aangifte internationaal gesignaleerd. Vorig jaar werden zo 6 procent meer auto’s al op de eerste dag teruggevonden.

Amsterdam

De daling van vorig jaar zet in 2017 door. Over de eerste vijf maanden van dit jaar gezien zijn er 10,3 procent minder auto’s gestolen ten opzichte van dezelfde periode in 2016. Als je auto dan toch nog gestolen wordt, dan is de kans het grootst dat het in Amsterdam en omstreken gebeurt. Daar kwamen namelijk de meeste meldingen van autodiefstal binnen.

Kans op diefstal

De Stichting Aanpak Voertuigcriminaliteit heeft op haar website een diefstalrisico-barometer staan waarmee je zelf kunt zien hoe groot de kans is dat jouw merk auto wordt gestolen. Audi, Volkswagen en BMW vormen overduidelijk de top-3.

The 4.6 HSE, also known as P38A, was the second generation Range Rover, almost a quarter of a century after its debut. On the inside, it was basically a living room, so much in fact that in 1996 debuted the possibility of ordering one with a television and video system with VHS player.
